The kxk8 platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old, that you are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, and that you are acting on your own behalf. kxk8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

Where a player is found to be under the minimum age of 21, all funds in the account will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed. kxk8 cooperates fully with any lawful requests for information relating to underage gambling.

Each individual may hold only one account on kxk8. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your registration details promptly if any information changes.

kxk8 may at any time require players to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address. kxk8 may suspend or restrict an account pending completion of verification. Accounts that fail verification will be closed and funds may be held pending further investigation in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

The minimum deposit is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳200. kxk8 does not charge platform fees on standard transactions, however your payment provider may apply its own fees. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). You are solely responsible for any charges imposed by your payment provider.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. kxk8 may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity and source of funds. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or redeemed outside of specified conditions. kxk8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, adjust bonus terms, or disqualify any player from a promotion where evidence of abuse, exploitation of bonus terms, or fraudulent activity is identified. Multiple accounts created to exploit promotions will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Users of kxk8 agree not to engage in any conduct that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to the platform or other users. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: using automated software, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage; colluding with other players; engaging in match-fixing or cheating; using stolen payment credentials or processing fraudulent transactions; and attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's systems or data.

kxk8 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of this clause, to withhold any balances pending investigation, and to pursue all available legal remedies. Winnings obtained through prohibited activities are void and will not be paid. kxk8 cooperates with relevant authorities and financial institutions in investigating suspected fraudulent activity.

All games on kxk8 are subject to their individual game rules, accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail. All bets are placed at the User's own risk. kxk8 is not responsible for losses arising from technical failures of third-party game providers beyond kxk8's reasonable control, provided that kxk8 takes reasonable steps to minimise the impact of such failures.

In the event of a malfunction, misquote of odds, system error, or any technical fault affecting the integrity of a bet or game outcome, kxk8 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant player accounts. kxk8's decision on bet settlement disputes is final, subject to any formal complaint procedure set out in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kxk8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory , even if kxk8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kxk8's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kxk8 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

kxk8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference and is available at kxk8.club/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. kxk8 uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies industry-standard security measures to protect stored data.

kxk8 will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms, or as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by kxk8, subject to applicable legal requirements and kxk8's legitimate operational needs.

kxk8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: a player is found to be in breach of these Terms; kxk8 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; a player fails to complete required identity verification; or kxk8 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds may be restricted until the investigation is concluded.

Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through kxk8's internal complaint procedure, the matter may be referred to competent courts of applicable jurisdiction. kxk8 will cooperate fully with any lawful regulatory or judicial process. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
